GENERAL DUTIES:
Perform a variety of tasks involving the overall care of the buildings and grounds. Direct, coordinate and participate in the cleaning, repairing, and maintenance of District buildings, District grounds, and heating/cooling plants. Leads the work of the night crew.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Basic knowledge of custodial equipment
- Knowledge of custodial work, including the use of cleaning methods and materials
- Ability to work from heights of up to 30 feet
